Somatic Breathwork is a transformative healing modality that integrates intentional breathwork with body awareness. Using various breathing techniques, Stephanie creates a safe environment that empowers you to explore and release what no longer serves you. By creating space for emotional healing, this practice fosters personal growth, mental clarity, and wellbeing.
The class will start off with gentle breathwork to help you ground, and build to more somatic styles designed to help you shed and release, and will finish with a guided sound meditation.
This 75minute event will allow you to connect with your body’s innate wisdom, unlocking and releasing stored emotions, and stress.
