This flowy, playful class offers a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga that will have your body feeling amazing. A mix of seated, standing, balance, and reclined poses mixed with breath work, and meditation. The balance you have been looking for in a yoga class. There are modifications for all making this class accessible for all yogis and beginners alike.

Gentle Hatha for Beginners
A slow and sweet style of yoga helping to relax your nervous system that is very gentle on the joints. Using lots of props to support all bodies, you will find your way into a variety of seated, standing, and reclined postures with modifications to support those who have joint or mobility concerns.
