    An individual practice in a group setting. In-Studio classes are a great way to expand and grow your yoga practice. Thoughtful cues and demonstrations will allow your knowledge of your practice and yourself to deepen with each breath.  Yoga is for every body and mats, blocks, bolsters, and straps are available for you to support your practice.

  • Workshops & Retreats

    Retreats or workshops offer a special kind of magic to guide you as you explore your practice on a deeper level. About

Stephanie is a highly trained yoga teacher and emerging yoga therapist with a master’s in behavior change, a background in kinesiology, and extensive ongoing training (800-hour yoga therapy certification in progress). Beyond yoga’s physical postures, she incorporates somatic breathwork, energy work, meditation, and yoga philosophy to create an individualized, empathetic experience.
